They make spectacular centerpieces that will "WOW" your guests even more when you share how a small tea ball blossoms into a beautiful display of flowering tea AND that it is a tasty, refreshing healthy drink! Be a trend setter with this interesting, inexpensive display...

So many of our Green Market friends had ideas on centerpieces for holiday gatherings, special events and even weddings!

Select your favorite blooms (from left to right shown above: Bird of Paradise, Jasmine Fairy, Seven Sons Congratulations and Elixir of Love). Find them at Alice's Tea Shop! Brew according to brewing instructions. Pour the tea into your tea cup(s) to enjoy. After only one brew, use a spoon to gently put the bloom in a glass vase, wine glass, tea pot of your choice. Be sure to choose a display vessel that will fit your bloom nicely. Some blooms are tall, some are full and wide, some are petite and made just for our tiny teapot. Gently pour in enough fresh cool water to cover the bloom and add a teaspoon or two of vinegar. This will preserve the bloom for you to enjoy for 10-14 days!

And get creative! Put colored glass or smooth pebbles in the bottom of the vase before adding bloom, water and vinegar.
